This new breed of wakeboard features an ultra-poppy 3-Stage Rocker that multiplies the wake’s potential along with a tightly pressed ABS sidewall that has been rolled to decreases the amount of resistance with the water when on edge. Built specifically for Australians love of wakeboarding behind the boat, the Region kicks like a mule and carves with minimal drag, enabling it to attack wakes with full velocity thanks to a sintered base that will also see it survive cable park abuse.
Recognizing the need for riders to store energy and load up the line tension as well as time the perfect release off the wake, Jobe has fitted the Region with tri-axial layered glass zones that ensure the perfect amount of resin penetration. While the Paulownia timber core ensures rebound and forgiving landings for when you do finally come down from orbit. A simplified base shape means the board lands with greater forward momentum and removes the chances of a nasty surprise when you accidentally over-rotate or getting hung up when off balance.
