HO Fusion Freeride BWF Ladies Waterski + Freemax Binding
The HO Fusion Freeride is they open water weapon that’s designed to make you live in that moment of freedom, between the turns. Utilising the ideas of the past, the fusion is a blend between the best bits that made the freeride a hit and the user friendly cross-over, the omni. The Base PU core construction with fibreglass laminates allows for a much more forgiving ski, providing flex through and out of turns. A freeride styled width allows the Fusion to have a stable platform for anyone to ski, and is adaptable to the ever changing conditions of the open water so you can keep getting in your turns. Finally a staple of HO ski’s has been clean edge technology, included in the Fusion to allow for drag reduction and keep those tight line turns burning.
The HO Freemax boot takes the history of HO boots and develops on it to create a boot that increases support and control, without sacrificing the best bits that have come before. Built on HO’s Direct Connect system that changed the game last year, the Freemax now has the shortest flex footprint and a natural edge angle providing greater edge control and balance across the ski, while eliminating dead spots. Providing maximum comfort and flexibility so you have the freedom you want is a 175mm cuff height, just that little bit shorter to make life easier. Finally comfort is always considered important so an updated lining and contoured footbed create a unique fit that will form to your foot.
Continuous Rockerline for smooth arcing turns – A singular long continuous rockerline provides a considerably more stable and forgiving feel in transitions from edge to edge in the build up to the apex of your cut, while also removing any stall spots at the top of your cut.
Flex Rating(1=Soft, 10=Stiff) – 5/10
Flex Frame – Less material underfoot maximises the amount of flex torsionally and longitudinally giving greater angle and bend into the turns
PU Core – The most well known of core to waterski’s, it is a durable, slightly softer material meaning you can ski for longer and not feel as tired, while also getting more flex into turns and less rebound when crossing the wash
Fibreglass Laminates – The most forgiving top layer you can get, a simple fibreglass laminate allows the ski to provide a comfortable flex and smooth arcing turns
Freeride Width – A wider profile construction designed to handle slower boat speeds and real world conditions, because we can’t all have purpose built ski lakes
Clean Edge 3.0 Tail – a tapered edge from the bottom of your back foot to the tail, reduces the ski’s drag by around 50%
Deep Concave – Naturally creates stability while on edge and through your turns balancing out the speed created by the clean edge technology
Hex Fin – Airfoil inspired 3D fin, allows the ski to have greater handling at slower speeds and help get the ski into the edge
